30 Minutes | $125
Follow-up appointments are designed to monitor your progress, evaluate how your treatment plan is working, and make any necessary adjustments. We believe medication management is more than simply prescribing medication, it's an ongoing partnership focused on helping you achieve the best possible outcomes while supporting your overall well-being.
During your visit, we may:
Review your symptoms and progress
Monitor medication effectiveness
Address side effects or concerns
Adjust medications when appropriate
